Vitality with the help of nature

Like honey and propolis, royal jelly comes from the beehive. It is the food juice that the bees produce for their queen bee.

Only the queen bee is fed with royal jelly throughout her life, giving her the ability to lay up to 2,000 eggs a day and live around 50 times as long as her fellow bees. For this reason, the queen bee has become a symbol of vitality, performance and vitality.

Royal jelly is particularly precious because it can only be extracted from the hive by the beekeeper in very small quantities. All attempts to artificially imitate royal jelly in the laboratory have so far failed, as many of the ingredients are still not analytically detectable.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about royal jelly

Here you will find the answers to frequently asked questions about royal jelly.

What is royal jelly?

Like honey and propolis, royal jelly comes from the beehive. It is the food juice that the bees produce for their queen bee.

What does royal jelly taste like?

Royal jelly has a unique, unmistakable taste. It is slightly sour to bitter and has a creamy, slightly gel-like consistency.

Because of these strong flavors, royal jelly is often combined with honey to make the taste more pleasant.

How do you take royal jelly?

Royal jelly can be taken in different ways, depending on the form and individual taste.

We have royal jelly in capsules, tablets, honey or combined with other valuable ingredients in drinking ampoules.

How does royal jelly come in capsule form?

In the so-called "lyophilization", a freeze-drying process that preserves the value, royal jelly is particularly highly concentrated. In this process, the royal jelly is deep-frozen and dried in a high vacuum. This process enables a concentration of three times the amount of royal jelly, i.e. 167 mg of lyophilized royal jelly is equivalent to 500 mg of fresh royal jelly.
