Delivery Terms
Payment and Delivery
The following terms apply:
Deliveries are made within Germany and to Austria.
Delivery charges (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
Delivery within Germany is free of charge for orders totalling 40 EUR or more. For orders totalling less than 40 EUR, a flat-rate delivery charge of 6.90 EUR applies.
We offer free delivery on orders totalling 40.00 EUR or more.
Deliveries to Austria:
Delivery to Austria is subject to a flat-rate delivery charge of 17 EUR.
Delivery times
Unless a different timeframe is specified in the relevant offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2–4 working days, and for international deliveries within 3–10 working days following the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, following the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. Parcels are dispatched via the parcel service in accordance with their terms of delivery.
