BIOFACH 2025 is behind us - four days full of exciting encounters and valuable discussions.
BIOFACH is an absolute highlight of the industry and brings together producers, retailers and trade visitors from all over the world every year. In 2025, it was once again evident that the organic sector is growing dynamically and is constantly producing new, sustainable solutions. From regional specialties to international food trends - the variety of high-quality, certified organic products was impressive.

Special thanks go to our New Zealand Manuka honey partner beekeeping company TranzAlpine, who came all the way from New Zealand to share their fascination for real organic Manuka honey with us. Together we were able to taste the unique TranzAlpine Manuka honey and provide exciting insights into sustainable organic beekeeping in New Zealand.
