The basic ingredients (for 1 portion)

  • 2-3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp psyllium husks
  • 1 tsp grated coconut
  • 200 ml plant-based milk (e.g. soy milk)
  • 2 tbsp plant-based yogurt with active cultures (e.g. coconut yogurt)

Preparation

  1. Simply mix all the ingredients directly in a jar in the evening. Do not close the lid tightly, just put it on lightly.

  2. Leave the jar at room temperature for 6-8 hours to ferment. If fermentation is successful, small bubbles will form - a good sign!

  3. If the consistency is too firm in the morning, simply stir in a little more milk and enjoy with toppings!
