Ingredients:
350gfresh strawberries
3 ½ tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp Wildflower honey
A pinch of ground vanilla (to taste)
Preparation:
1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and then finely puree.
2. with chia seeds, wildflower honey and vanilla.
3. pour into a jar and leave to soak in the fridge for approx. 4 hours.
And your homemade summer jam is ready - fruity, sweet & all natural!
Our tip:
The jam will keep in the fridge for approx. 5-7 days. Use a clean screw-top jar and enjoy it fresh.
